Our Privacy Statement

Our personnel is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of personal information that is a part of the health insurance, employee benefits, life, and disability insurance business.  This includes but is not limited to personal financial information, health information, policy coverage, premiums, payment history, and beneficiary information. 

We promise not to disclose your Protected Health Information (PHI) and/or Personally Identifiable Information (PII). ONLY those authorized to receive or view it, and who have a "need to know" basis, will be permitted access.
 

We encrypt emails that contain PHI and/or PII and store hard copy documents in a secure location (behind two locks).  We then shred/destroy once the PHI and/or PII is no longer needed here.
